Derek Kuipers started in 2023 as a Professor of Design Driven Innovation at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. The research of NHL Stenden focuses on how design-oriented research approaches can shed new light on the looming societal challenges of our time. Meaningful embedding of technology in healthcare is a prime example.
