Closing the Gap with healthcare disparities!
One of the major reasons for this gap is the lack of diversity in healthcare research, testing and treatment, Therefore, we must take into account the differences related to gender, age, alimentation and other factors.
Historically, medical research has been conducted primarily on men, with women being underrepresented or excluded altogether. This has resulted in a lack of understanding of how diseases and treatments affect men and women differently. Heart failure is an example of how sex differences in healthcare can have a significant impact on outcomes.
By improving the diversity in database, clinical trials and developing specific treatment suitable for different group of patients, we can ensure that everyone receives the best possible healthcare.
This session will give you insights on the differences of healthcare, the next steps to narrow the gap and a chance to learn from experts within this field.

Unlock the power of the future – the role of the technology shaping our future.
We will discuss the potential applications of serious gaming in education, the role of futurology in shaping public policies, and the potential of automatic journaling to improve mental health outcomes.
Serious gaming is a rapidly growing industry that uses digital games to educate, train, and entertain. It has significant potential to transform the way we learn, work, and interact with each other. Serious games can be used in education, healthcare, defense, and other industries to provide engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Futurology is the study of the future, with the goal of understanding what the world might look like in the years ahead. It involves analysing trends, patterns, and data to make predictions about the future. Futurologists help us envision how new technologies, economic and social changes will shape our world.
Finally, automatic journaling for mental disorder treatment is a powerful tool that uses technology to help people manage their mental health. It enables individuals to record their thoughts and feelings on a regular basis, providing insight into their mental state and enabling early detection and intervention of mental health issues.
Do you want to know how the future looks like? You will have a better view of the future after this session: how these technologies are transforming our world and what they mean for the future.
